Payroll not recording

Payroll Not recording. Urgent

    Hi peckishdeck,  

     

    Welcome to the Community Forum ! Are you able to confirm the payroll is recording as $0.00 ? If so, there is a script we can run to resolve this. Can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and  the file ID of your file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).
