Payroll reporting ATO error code - wrong TFN

Question

We had an employee who was only employed by us for 2 weeks, and did not provide his TFN. On his employee card the TFN is recorded as 000 000 000. However the ATO STP report advises ACCEPTED with errors. As no TFN is known and we can't obtain it, can someone please advise how to amend this error?
