Payroll

Hi.. I am trying to process payroll for the last few month and system is stating there is no records to pay but they are all entered.. I am doing the same way as last year and never had a problem.. has there been a change on how we do this.. ta

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    Kindly confirm which window you are seeing where there are no recorded payments. Also, when you process the pay run, will it be an updated pay run or a new pay run? When processing a pay run, you may check The Help Article: Start a pay run for further information.
