Payslip error in description fields

Hello everyone :-)

I have added a new employee & now his name is appearing on everyone else's payslip in the description field?

example:  should say Base Salary but says his name on everyone else's payslip

example:  should say Superanuation Guarantee but says his name on everyone else's payslip

Hope some one can help please.

Regards,

Ivy62

    Hello Leneth,

    Thank you for responding.

Please see herewith one of the payslips: (all of the payslips have the same employee's name in both the blacked out fields ?

    Hi Ivy62

Thanks for the screenshot. It is very helpful. Apologies for the delayed response.

The Description field on pay slips comes from the Wages Name field in the Payroll Category. Go to Payroll>>Payroll Categories>>open that category and check the name. If it is incorrect, change the name and click OK to save.
