Payslips not all emailing

It appears that staff that have a 'hotmail' email addres are not receiving their payslips when the bulk email of payslips are selected & forwarded.

Unsure as to why this has all of a sudden happened.

How do I fix this?

Have there been changes to the email authentication process? 

Is MYOB Account Right compliant?

    Thanks for your post.

     

    Once you a pay slip has been sent to the employee, did you receive an email saying that the email was undeliverable or rejected? If so, you can send me a private message so I can check if the email address is blacklisted. If there is no email received, you may refer to this link for more information to set up a hotmail email address so pay slip will be sent to the employee.
