Phase 2

Hi, i called yesterday and it was a five hour on hold session, so hoping this can be answered in here. I am trying to move to phase two. I click on start here, it takes me to link a user id, i put in my id and password and then click the link user button and open file. next page it just says Soemething Went Wrong. Tried numerous times, have shut down and restarted, and same deal.

Surely it cant be taht hard when i cant even get past STEP 1
