Problem with Gross amount on Payment Summary

Good Morning.  We have one employee whose gross payment amount is incorrect on their Payment Summary.  I have run the Payroll Activity and Payroll Register reports.  The person's gross is correct on the Activity report but not on the Register report.  I have read somewhere where it says to go into the persons Pay History on their card and adjust it in the Year-to-Date section, but the person left in May this year, and everything is zeroed out.  The difference between the gross on the person's Payment Summary and the Activity report is $49,936.08, it is way out!  Everyone else's Payment Summary is correct, so I don't understand how this one person is incorrect.  Please find attached the person's Payment Summary, the Payroll Activity and Payroll Register If someone could please help me, I would really appreciate it.  Thank you Lynn
