Remove annual leave loading

Hi, we want to stop MYOB from giving our salaries staff annual leave loading as it is included in their salary already.

We have some staff that have recently gone from being paid hourly to being paid a salary instead so where they used to be paid annual leave loading, it is now ecompassed in their salary figure.

However, MYOB won't allow me to untick Annual Leave Loading category from their card file because it's been used on a previous timesheet and therefore keeps trying to pay them loading every time they take annual leave

    Hi Carly21 

     

    Thanks for your post. At this stage due to the way AccountRight operates in the background, if a category has been used on a timesheet for an employee in the past that category will not be able to be deselected for that employee. 

     

    Some users who have encountered this will change the category calculation to default to $0, so even though it will be listed on the pay, it will never auto-populate an amount.
