Returned super - bank rec not working

Question

I have a returned super payment and my bank rec is not balancing. I posted the refund payment to the super payment account, reversed the original payment, then reprocessed the original payment without the returned super.&nbsp; I then corrected the superdetails for the returned payment and processed this super payment.My bank rec shows: reversed payment&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;$45,836.05 (deposit)&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;repayment (less returned amount)&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; $44,969.79(withdrawal)&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;returned payment&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; $866.26 (deposit)&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;payment to correct account&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;$866.26 (withdrawal)&nbsp;What step have I missed to balance the bank rec? I am out of balance $866.26.

I can see that you are encountering issues in your bank reconciliation. To fix this you may refer to the steps below :&nbsp;
&nbsp;

Review all transactions in your MYOB account.
Verify all the transactions in your bank statement are correct and match the transaction in MYOB.
Undo the reconciliation and check where the out-of-balance occurred, and then reconcile again.
