Hi i wonder if i am missing something with the self on-boarding process. I thibk its a great feature however everytime a new staff member is added this way they cause the ABA on the payrun to be corrupt. So therefore i have to remove them from the ABA to be able to upload it to my banking software.
No idea, but we also end up with a corrupt ABA now and then for new employees and we're NOT using the self-onboarding. We have to manually edit the ABA file before uploading.

To furtherly assist you with this. May I know if you receive an error message or something that pops up on the screen? If yes, Could you please attach screenshots of the error message that you received so I can look into this for you and assist you properly?
