Thanks for posting, and welcome back to MYOB after around 10 years away. No worries at all, we’re glad to have you back. If your client has already sent you an invite, the main thing to check is that you’ve accepted it using the same email address linked to your MYOB login. Once that’s done, you should be able to access the client file if the access has been set up correctly on their end.
If you’ve already accepted the invite and still can’t get in, I’d recommend asking the client to double-check your user access and confirm that the email address they invited is the exact one you’re signing in with.
