Self On-boarding
Is there an option to turn off self-onboarding? I already have all of the details needed & new employees are confused as to why they are being asked again for them.

Totally get where you're coming from. If you've already got all the employee details on hand, no need to double up and confuse the new crew. There's no option to turn off self-onboarding, but no stress, you can simply add your employees manually instead. Here's a handy link that walks you through how to do it: Add an employee.
