Employee Self On boarding

I created a new employee and sent the self onboarding link not realising I hadn't set up the default super fund. The employee could not complete the onboarding as they got stuck on the super fund section. 
I deleted the employee, added the default super fund and re-sent the invite but my employee still hasn't received it.

Should I have done something different?

    Hi there Amy3435,

     

    I get that your new employee needs to fill out the employee self-onboarding form. If your new employee is having trouble with the employee self-onboarding form or didn't receive it, try resending the invite or using a different email address for them.
