Some payroll advices not sending

Hi,

I did the payroll run as usual last Friday.

I emailed the payroll advices as a batch (as I always do).

Two employees have told me today that their payroll advices did not come to their email.

They said that they checked their junk mail - but nothing there.

All the rest got their payroll advices. 

I checked in MYOB and all of the invoices have sent.

They are definitely on the list for the payroll to be paid tomorrow and it has gone through to the bank to be paid tomorrow.

Would anyone know why that has happened?

    With some payroll advices not landing in your employees’ inboxes even though they’re showing as sent on your side, you can reach out to our team so they can check things on our end and see what’s going on. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
