STP payslip amount (gross & payg) not picked up by ATO.
Hi there,
I hope someone can assist: our business STP figures for November 2023 are under-reported in the ATO Business Portal by: $46.74 for gross payments, and $16.00 for PAYG. This is the exact amount for a single payment to one employee, for a reported net amount of $30.74 remitted to the employee in the 1st week of November. This payment was processed as a stand-alone payrun on 02-11-2023, and everything went as per normal; I processed and reported the payment in the usual way successfully. However, the ATO do not appear to have picked these two respective amounts for gross and PAYG up in their reporting for the month.
Is there a way I need to correct for the unusual drop-off, or is this something MYOB need to modify in their back-of-house processes?
