Super Payments

Hello

A staff member has queried the SCG payments have not been received the super fund.

This has happenened since I changed in June to processing the payments through Pay Superannuation in MYOB.

Can you please advise the process MYOB follows?

    Thanks for confirming that. 

     

    So that I can look into this for you, could you please send me a private message with the following details:

     

    • Serial number
    • Business file name
    • Employee name 

    Super payment details sent to client via PM - Resolved 28/9

    Hi AJQ,

     

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    It usually takes around five business days for superannuation payments to be authorised, processed, and received by super funds. However, delays can occur (such as payments being rejected due to data errors), so we recommend allowing up to 10 business days for your payment to process. If your payment hasn't been completed after 10 business days, please do let me know.

    I pay monthly and the payments for June, July & August have not been received by a specific staff member
