Super

I have a new staff member who has a super fund of Australian Ethical Super, CHR0001AU, ABN 49633667743. This fund is closed to new members but this is a fund she has used for many years. MYOB will not allow me to make payments to this fund.

 

Can you assist? Also is this the only way I can contact MYOB apart from the phone?

    Hi Civil12, 

     

    Thanks for the response and for providing the following information. 

     

    May you please try to add it on your employee card file if it will allow you. You may go to card file> choose the employee> payroll details> superannuation> click the superannuation fund tab arrow down> click new> then search for the superfund> click OK. You may refer to the sample screenshot below.

    We're sorry to know that you're having the same issue with the super of your staff. We're happy to assist you with this. May we have the super fund information and the screenshot of the exact error message you're receiving when processing their super payment. Please note to hide any personal details in the screenshot before posting it here in forum.
