Hi,
So, I had some employee super bounce back to our account. I did a reverse transaction and when i went it to record those successful payments in "pay liabilities" I stupidly processed them as "pay superannuation" and the super was deducted from our accont again. How do I rectify this?
Heya, I did this last year and unfortunately the only way is to request a refund from the superfund. I duplicated more than 1 employee so there were heaps of superfunds to contact, but thankfully they all accept and refund once you have given them the required details.

As to what MichaelaJohnson have provided. I would also recommend to contact the Super Fund, and request for a refund, as this will be the easiest way for the following payments.
