Superannuation - January
Recently my January Super was Refunded back to our bank account. According to the emails and instructions and many hours on hold, I eventually got this reversed in Myob Account Right and re sent (2nd Auth approved). This occurred on March 1. The status on Manage payments state " Processing Payment".
Subsequently, the payment is yet to be deducted from our account. Please confirm this is correct and advise how long this will take, given today is 9 March? I am concerned as I now need to process Feb Super, and do not want the same issues?
I was using an email superannuation@myob...... for my previous correspondence. I have found this took days for any reply and now I have an auto message this email acount is not in use!
