SUPERANNUATION PAYMENT ERROR MSG REGARDING ABN
Good afternoon,
I had an error message pop up when I was about to pay the Superannuation liability for July using STP.
The msg read ".... Company ABN has changed" This is definitely NOT the case. I attempted to call MYOB as per the error msg instructions and whilst I was waiting to speak to someone I attempted to pay it again so I could read the exact msg to the assistant however this time it went straight through and was ready to be authorised.
I was cut off when I reached the start of the cue and rather than wait another 40 or so mins I decided to ask the community if anyone else has experienced this issue.
