Superannuation Payment Return

The bank received the superannuation payment return due to Insufficient funds in the bank account. So does it will auto direct debit again from the bank, or i have to reverse pay supernations and process again. Thank you.

    Hi Yun,

     

    Since the payment was returned due to insufficient funds, it won't be automatically debited again. You'll need to reverse the super payment and then reprocess it. You can follow the steps in this guide: Reversing superannuation payments.
