Please note the super payment has been sitting with status for 3 business days under processing payments and the super has not yet been credited to the nominated account. It has however been debited through the business account. Can someone please investigate and advise the normal turnaround times?

Thank you for your post.
A super payment usually takes around 5 days to process and change to 'Completed', however, we recommend allowing up to 10 days due to processing delays.
If the payment is still showing as 'Processing payment' after 10 days, please do reach out so we can look into that for you.
