Superannuation payment

When paying super in AccountRight plus for the same quarter, one of the employees, who took 3 weeks off without pay, returned an error message (screen shot attached). No details were altered on his card, he was not entered as inactive, we just entered his pay as usual when he came back.

It looks that 2 cards with the same name and identical information was picked up by the program, but only the original name is present in the list of employees.
