Thanks for your post. If the super guarantee is not accruing correctly the Help Article, Checking and adjusting superannuation, has detailed information to assist with this.
If you need further help with this can you please provide the following screenshots:
- super guarantee payroll category set up, including the Exempt window
- a pay transaction with incorrect accrual
Make sure sensitive information is removed from screenshots prior to posting on the public Forum. You can use the Microsoft snipping tool to create screenshots and remove sensitive information, then click on Photos to upload.
