Superannuation

I have an SMSF that I have not been able to pay.   I have checked and all the details in payroll are correct. I have checked with the employee and I have also checked the fund, there was originally a delay with the ATO but they are now complying.   I can tick them to pay in "Pay Superannuation" but they reject when authorising.  Does anyone have an answer for this issue.   I need to pay this urgently as it goes back to 2022.

May we ask for the screenshot of the exact error message appearing when paying super so that we can check it further? Please note to hide any important details from the screenshot before posting it here in the forum.

      Hi,

       

      I will be doing superannuation payments again after 18.01.2024 as I am currently doing payroll and this will not be completed until Thursday 18.01.2024.

        We will be waiting and hoping that you will be able to pay your employee superannuation without getting any error. Please give us an update once you process pay run on the said date. We're happy to assist you further.
