SUPERANNUATION

What does it mean when you process employee superannuation in the new Super payments and it comes up with "payment failed".  Do I reverse the transaction and start again???

    Hi esna,

Thanks for providing the error, super helpful! When a super batch in the new Super payments window shows Payment failed, it means the clearing house couldn’t complete that payment (for example due to insufficient funds, incorrect bank details, or an issue with a fund/member). Yes, you'll need to reverse the failed Pay Super payment, fix the cause, then re‑do the payment.

In the error continues, please reach out to our support team directly. You can reach our Live Chat team via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

    Regards,
    Earl
