Timesheet approval failed in MYOB Team

I am unable to approve a particular day for an employee in MYOB team, I have tried everything but keep getting the same message as attached

    Hi Tracey2018,

    Thanks for your post, and my apologies for the late response. 

    Could you please attempt to log in using the email address listed in your company information? If you are the administrator of the company file, kindly ensure that under "Manage Users" (Setup >> User Access >> Manage Users), only the Administrator box is checked, and all other boxes are unchecked.
     

    If the above steps do not resolve the issue, consider clearing the location in MYOB Team and then re-entering it. After doing so, check if you are now able to approve timesheets. If the problem persists, verify if you encounter the same error when attempting to approve timesheets for the current pay period.
