Thanks for the screenshot of the error. I can confirm that there's an issue with your timesheet feature on the mobile app. A few things you could try include checking if the employees were added correctly under their managers, deleting and re-entering the location they're at, and whether or not those employees are set to hourly or salary. If you're the manager who approves, you might want to ask the admin to remove you and then add you back as the approving manager. Also, it might be easier to approve timesheets on the admin portal instead of the mobile app. Here's how: using the MYOB Team Admin Portal. Hi Shella,
Thank you for your response. We have been using the timesheet function without an issue for at least a year, so there should not be any issues with employees, managers, or locations. The issue is before accessing any part of the timesheet system. Could there be anothe r solution?
I am the admin. The manager cannot approve.

Thanks for getting back to us! It doesn't seem like the issue is related to employees, managers, or locations. Since the problem happened before you could access any part of the timesheet system, it might be due to system settings or permissions. I suggest reinstalling the MYOB Team app on your device and clearing the app's cache and data for Google Play Store/App Store, Google Play Services, and Download Manager. Also, make sure your Android or iOS version is up-to-date.

I am having the same issue. Was working Ok and then just stopped. Same error. I have deleted app on iPhone and reinstalled it but to no avail. Any help here?

Uninstalling and reinstalling the MYOB Team app is a great start for a troubleshoot. You can also use a different device to see if you can approve timesheets. If not, it would be best to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on live chat via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
