Trouble with STP finalisation

Our MYOB data file was migrated in May. We have a few issues getting STP to work but got there eventually. Now that I am trying to finalise STP I have discovered the migration may not have worked properly. I cannot get the Payroll Register and Payroll Activity reports to balance. There are payslips for every employee on the 27/5 and the 28/5 (when the migration error was trying to be corrected) but they are for zero dollars and look like YTD balances. The employee that is out has a positive figure of $100 YTD for salary sacrifice on each of these payslip - nothing else. The same thing has happened on the 30/6/23. We did not run a payrun on any of these dates. Her balance on the Payroll Register report is negative $100 under deductions, everyone has a positive figure. This employee has not worked since July 2022. (Previous to April this year payroll was processed by an external company). I have emailed the Product Consultant, who helped with the initial STP problems, for assistance but was hoping someone else might know how to fix this. There is nothing in payroll for these dates so there is nowhere to amend anything.
