Unable to perform online confirmation

Hi Good Morning,

 

I am trying to login but it's getting an error massage saying " Unable to perform online confirmation.

Please contact MYOB Customer Service for assistance or use another method for confirming your company file"

 

I tried another method but doesn't works.

 

Can someone help me please?
