Unable to print an entitlements report.

I am unable to print an entitlements report. I entered the date 4th July 2022 to 4th July 2022, but it keeps coming up please enter a valid date? I have checked I am using the correct file so not sure what I am doing wrong? Any suggestions? Also the new payroll year isn't showing as a choice.

    Hi wendyb3 

    So we can assist with this, can you confirm if it's happening with the both the summary and detail reports? Also, what's the current payroll year showing under Setup>>General payroll information ?
