Unable to process payroll for July 2023

I have to process the next two fortnightly payroll, both dated in July 2023, but MYOB (both software and browser) won't let me. The bank authorisers are going overseas so the pays must be done before 27th of June. I have done the EOY payroll finalisation, but still getting the error.

    The screenshot of the error message you are getting is very helpful. Can you please send me a private message with the following information so I can take a look into this for you:

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name
    • Email address 
    • Business name
    • Company file name
