Wages Double Up even employees who are no longer Employees

After The Stage 2 STP upgrade. Has anyone experienced this problem.Wages Doubling Up even employees who were no longer employed

I have not seen any other reports on this, however, just to confirm, was the double-up in the Payroll Reporting center occuring for each pay run that is being sent through, or are their YTD values in the summary reports doubling up (EOFY tab)?
