Hi lulu23,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.
Regarding your concern, this issue occurs when the Wage Category used to pay the entitlements is not a linked Wages Category for the entitlement itself. To check on this, you can go to Payroll>Payroll categories>Entitlements>Click the entitlements name once it was opened kindly check the link wage category.
You can also check the employee hourly rate, it should be equal to percent, and the salary should be equal to hours. You can check out this Help Article: Leave and Entitlements, which has detailed information that you can use as a reference.
If you need further assistance with this, please feel free to create a new post. We are happy to help.

My personal leave accrual is linked to personal leave pay and shows as a percentage .
the same applies to annual leave accrual linked to annual leave pay.
this should be correct ?

Hi lulu23,
We appreciate you responding to us and giving us an update. Yes, that is correct in this case, your leave accrual must be displayed as a percentage, and your annual leave accrual is correlated with your annual leave compensation. Check the entitlement category your employee is using and your employee card to see if it is hourly or salary-based. If it is a salary, that is the basis on which the computation must be made. If so, the calculation must be based on an hourly basis. You must adjust the calculation basis if it is inaccurate and out of line with the employee's pay base.
If you require further assistance, please feel free to post again. We are happy to help.
