If we have a young employee (13 years old) who will be doing some work over her school holidays, does she have to get a tax file number? If she doesn't how do I do a workaround? We are now on STP2, and just want to know how I can go about this without breaking any rules?

In these situations, I would recommend contacting the ATO or your financial advisor to ensure you're reporting this employee appropriately.
