Bank feed issues

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else is continually receiving this message today after repeatedly trying to download the latest bank transactions in Bank Feeds in AccountRight today??

    Hi everyone, 

     

    I'm sorry to hear you're getting this error message while accessing your bank feeds. It looks like there are no reported issues with the bank feeds right now. The timing suggests it might be related to maintenance, which you can read about here. Clearing your AccountRight cache might also help.

     

    If the error message continues to appear, I recommend reaching out to our virtual assistant MOCA from any help page, as MOCA routes you to live chat for concerns she cannot solve.

      I tried the cache fix it didnt work either - can you please advise when this will be resolved

      I've tried clearing the cache to no avail. 

      Currently speaking with tech support to see if the issue can be resolved. If it is, I'll post the answer here.

    I spoke with Tech Support who told me that the Bank Feeds team said there weren't any known system wide issues with Bank Feeds! I told tech support that numerous people have posted in MYOB Community with the same issue.

    They have raised a ticket number and escalated the issue as they couldn't resolve it over the phone and told me it would take 24-48 hrs to try and resolve the issue.

I appreciate your efforts in clearing the AccountRight cache and trying to resolve the issue. Our team is currently working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
