Mobile app

Ive been using MYOB invoices for as long as it has existed

 

Today it wont work

 

I went to download the app again and the message says my version of Android is too new

 

I rang tech support at MYOB

 

The advice was to get a new phone with an older version of Android

 

How can this be?

    Hi Zappy,

     

    I checked, and there doesn't seem to be any specific mention of an Android operating system that the Invoices app won't install on. Most Android apps are generally backwards compatible, so it should work on later versions of Android. However, there is a chance that the Invoices app might crash if run on a 64-bit processor.

     

    Aside from using an older device to access the application, I also recommend manually downloading and installing the installer instead of going through the Google Play Store and installing it from there.
