MYOB AccountRight Premier V19 Rollover Error Dm=Error

Hi Support and Community,

Am constantly getting Error when our auditor was trying to roll over our company file.

  1. Optimizing has failed to the same error and failed fixing the file error

See error encountered.

 

Appreciate if support can get the file repaired.

    You may not be able to get support for this version through MYOB but FGH Tables may be able to repair your file for a reasonable fee.

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot. That rollover error can be a real pain, especially when you're trying to wrap things up with your auditor. Sounds like you've already given it a solid crack with optimising too, so it's completely understandable this has been doing your head in. At this point, the best next step is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team there can check the error log and see exactly what's causing the rollover fail, then help get the file sorted properly.
