02/12/2025 - Unable to Login

Hi Everyone, just wondering if anyone else is having this problem tonight.

I login with user name, password, select company file and an error something went wrong is happening.  This is happening with webpage, along with desktop version.

    They need to email us when they are scheduling maintenance, so i could have planned this better.

  • Yes I am as well. Nothing loads up under Dashboard on the left hand side

    Yes, my team are unable to log on as well, I cannot log in theres 4 of us unable to log on .

    I put email and password and get the same screen again to input. very frustrating, cananot do orders or print jobs. ugh

    I have 100 orders to print and process, cant wait for this till 6.00, drivers will be on the road by then. this is unacceptable.

    plan B comes into effect, all manual, so much for technology, and we pay for it too.

  • Looks like they've extended the hours of the scheduled maintenance. Started 2/12 2200 AEDT and due to finish 3/12 0600 AEDT. Frustrating thing is this was also done last night as well. 2 lots of maintenance in 2 days yet this interuption has only just been loaded onto their maintenance page at the last minute. Nothing we can do about it unfortunately 

  • Yes I am unable to access client files either and getting the same message.  So frustrating.  I have to fix up payroll for my client so they can pay super!

    Hi Everyone,

     

    Totally get how annoying it is when you just wanna log in and get things done. I've had a quick stickybeak on our end and it turns out we've got some planned maintenance happening at the moment, which is why things are being a bit stubborn with the login. Sorry about the hiccup! You can keep an eye on updates through our Status Hub anytime to see when everything's back to normal. Really appreciate your patience while we give things a bit of a tune-up.
