2 Online Files put 1 offline & Upgrade 1 file in Premier 19 to Accounting Right Online

Hi MYOB,    Have 2 online files in MYOB AccountingRight. Please help to put 1 offline & upgrade 1 file which is Premier 19 to AccountingRight Online with exchange rate.

or any function can speak with one of the technical support or online chat etc.
