A.B.N. We couldn't check the ABN for you. Please try again later.

Hi Guys,

 

We've been experiencing this for several months now.

 

We tried all the workarounds within the server. Browser exceptions, security passing through MYOB. Internet Options settings reconfiguration sent by MYOB tech. But still the problem still persists. This is not critical but worth to be used rather than open ABN look up from another browser

 

The issue occurs using the Installed Client on the server.

On the Browser and Applicaiton it works perfectly

 

Need your assistance on this. Since our Remote Users using the terminal servers not been able to use this on MYOB AR.

    Welcome to the Community Forum. Have you checked the business name and ABN is entered correctly and matches what is registered with the ABR? 

     

    If it is all entered correctly, could you send me your Serial number, Business name and ABN by Private Message, so I can investigate further?
