Accessing data file with no subscription

Our company is currently being acquired, and after 20+ years we will be moving away from MYOB within the next 12 months.   My question is will we still be able to access our old data files with the...

Hi BHopley,

 

Wow, 20+ years with MYOB. That's a huge run, and we really appreciate you being part of the journey with us for so long! I can imagine it feels pretty surreal moving on after all that time.

 

Just so you know, you'll still be able to open your old files even without an active subscription. They'll just be in read-only mode, which is perfect for looking things up down the track. One tip before you make the move. Don't forget to create a backup of your file so nothing important gets left behind. Here's a link that'll help you with that: Back up your company file.
