Account Billing - Error

Have other users had the case of a cancelled subscription , the annual billing continued, MYOB admitted the error, but after one month the charge has not been reversed and they are just refusing to respond to my emails.  I would not have expected this from MYOB.  Is this common ??

    Hi DRIDGE,

     

    I can see why you’d want a clear update on this one. This may be part of the billing issue we had in May 2026, which has since been resolved. I’ve checked on our end and can see a $180 refund has already been processed. The team is also checking the other amounts, and you may receive an email from them as they work through the rest of it.

    Thank you Doreen, the incorrect charge was $1800+GST.  So I am not clear where $180 refund is coming from.  And no one is responding to me to clarify, which makes this frustrating.

    Hi DRIDGE,

     

    Sorry for the mix-up and for the delay in getting back to you. I’ve checked and can confirm that the $1,800 refund was processed on 18 June and a confirmation email was also sent that same day. If you still haven’t received it, feel free to email back to the case and our billing team can take another look.
