I have Account Right Standard - 2023.2 and the operating system is Windows 11 Home.

Windows 11 should not have any issues retrieving online confirmation, so if you cannot confirm online, you may need to do request it by phone. MYOB would need to email you an xml file with your licence details to confirm your file.

See the Confirmation screen, this will show a phone number and a fingerprint which you will need to provide to MYOB to generate the licence file. I do not have a number.
