ACCOUNT RIGHT STILL DOWN

what is going on.   MYOB still down.

    I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties opening your AccountRight software. Currently, the team has identified the same issue for a small amount of users and is currently working on fixing it. I would suggest checking this link to see updates regarding the issue. Also, some users previously impacted by this seem to be able to access their files now. 

     

    We appreciate your patience. In the meantime, let us know if you require any other assistance.

    Close computer down and then restart as I am finally back on line.

      We want to thank Vector for providing information on how to get back online. As for this concern, our team has identified this problem that is preventing some AccountRight users from accessing the file and receiving a connection error. We are working hard to resolve this issue. For the meantime, can you please try to restart your computer and try to log back into your account as per Vector suggested.
