I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties opening your AccountRight software. Currently, the team has identified the same issue for a small amount of users and is currently working on fixing it. I would suggest checking this link to see updates regarding the issue. Also, some users previously impacted by this seem to be able to access their files now.
