AccountRight new PC edition vs ATO's record-keeping requirements

The ATO requires us to retain accounting records for at least seven years. Since AccountRight PC Edition no longer allows offline backups and online backups are retained for six months only, what process does MYOB recommend to ensure we remain compliant with the ATO's record-keeping requirements?

We understand that the Server Edition can support to download offline files currently, however it will be phased out with no updates and ongoing maintenance. So it's still not a good solution. 

So MYOB please recommend a better solution.
