AccountRight Plus to Premier

Im trying to upgrade from AccountRight Plus to Premier but after numerous calls and now 1.5 hours on hold I still have no upgrade and with the online deadline fast approaching this is not great.

 

Not sure why you cant pay & get a download online thru your account.  

 

Very disappointed with MYOB and customer service......-10 star rating.

    I’m sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had here. I can completely understand why you’d be upset after so many calls and such a long wait. The good news is that from 18 June, after updating to AccountRight 2026.5, customers can complete the move from offline to online directly within AccountRight themselves, and if a subscription is needed, it can now also be purchased in-product without needing to call the Sales team. That means you should now be able to work through the process without having to stay stuck on hold.
