Additional Company

We have 2 companies. With the change to Online the conversion of Company 1 was successful. The problem arises when we try to add the 2nd Company. We have paid the extra subscription fee, however, wh...

Thanks for your quick reply.

 

All we wish to happen is for the 2nd Company to be added. Everything on your Website says to "Contact Us". When we call the wait times exceed 1 hour. This is unsatisfactory.

 

You have already taken our extra Subscription.

 

How can this issue be resolved today? Please call to walk us through the fix.

    Thanks for raising this. You can create another company file in AccountRight from the welcome screen using Create a company file. If you want that extra file to be online as well, please contact us for help with additional company files and online services.
