Anyone else having issues

I can't get in and it keeps coming up with connection error.

May see flying laptop soon in skies above Brisbane....

    Hey LindyMH,

     

    The connection error message can often be due to internet outages or your computer's scanning software, like an anti-virus program, interfering with the internet connection. To fix it, you can follow the steps below:

     

    • Restart AccountRight.
    • If you're still having issues, restart your PC. This clears temporary files which can cause connection issues.
    • Finally, restart your modem/router (unplug it for 10 seconds then turn it back on). This re-establishes your internet connection.
