Anyone else having trouble with MYOB support

We received our invoice a while back which was more than it was supposed to be.  I contacted MYOB at the time (early May) and was told there were known issues with invoicing and to wait for an outcome.  We then received the email that went to everyone and were told our account was not one affected.  So I then raised a ticket to explain that if this is the case then we remain with a question on the invoice raised.   On review of the pricing a yearly subscription for MYOB Business Pro is $630 a year which works out to roughly $52.5 a month (we have payroll but that is billed seperately as I understand it $3 per employee - in our case $9). This invoice is for $181.81 for the month of May. There is no indication that there is any other charging involved.   I am getting nothing from support.  Initial formal ticket was raised 13/5, prior to this I corresponded on chat.
